Taxi and airport transfers - We currently do not provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. For private transfers, please contact our concierge and they will be happy to assist you. For taxis, we recommend company Taxi Stockholm
Parking - The hotel does not provide parking or valet service. We recommend the Gallerian garage, approximately 120 meters from the hotel. For opening hours and prices visit www.gallerian.se/hitta-parkera/
Check-in and check-out - Our guaranteed check-in time is at 15:00, with possibility of earlier access to your room depending on availability. Check-out time is at 11:00, with possibility of late check-out depending on availability (extra charges may apply)
Pets - We currently do not allow pets
Disability – Special Needs: Please contact our reservation department to pre-book our designated room
Pre-payment - Due to the new EU Payment Services Directive we can no longer issue traditional credit card authorisation forms for pre-payment reservations. Virtual credit card authorisation forms are fully acceptable, please contact your card supplier/bank for more details. The other means of payments we can currently offer are pre-payments via bank transaction or direct payment at the hotel.
