INFORMATION ON TREATMENT OF GUESTS AND MEMBERS' PERSONAL DATA

Data privacy is very important for Hotel Kungsträdgården and we want to be open and transparent with our handling of your personal data. We therefore have a policy that defines how your personal data should be processed and protected.

Who is the data controller for your personal data? Hotel Kungsträdgården (Hotel Stureplan AB) Kocksgränd 1, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden. Organization number: 556694-4707 is the controller of the personal data you provide to us and is responsible for your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

Where do we store your information? The information we collect from you is stored for internal use in our computer system in a secure way. The information is needed to manage your booking and is only handled by competent hotel staff and a few well-chosen partners and suppliers to our systems.
Hotel Kungsträdgården has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from e.g. loss, tampering or unauthorized access. We are continuously adapting our security measures to the ongoing technological development.

Information from and about you that we collect and process

We only collect personal information that is relevant to the purpose described in the special terms. The information that may be collected is e.g. information about name, address, phone number, email address, social security number, IP address, information to facilitate the use of the services (such as login), selected language, user history, membership information, information about your travel company, booking preferences, payment, employment, contacts in emergency situations, requirements for a special diet, requirements for disability adaptation and other information you provide when using the services. Examples of personal data from companies outside Hotel Kungsträdgården include updated address information and demographic information.

Hotel Kungsträdgården uses personal information to:

You have the right to request to delete your information at any time, then send an email to reservation@hotelkungstradgarden.se.

Who has access to your information?

Your information can be shared within Hotel Kungsträdgården and between subsidiaries.
We never forward, sell or exchange your data for marketing purposes to third parties. Information that is forwarded to a third party is used only for us to provide our services to you.
