Good to know

All you need to know before your stay with us

Kungsträdgården Park: Our neighbor is the ever popular and beautiful Kungsträdgården Park. Throughout the year, and especially during the summer months, the park hosts different activities such as cultural events, concerts, sports activities, etc. It may be a good idea to take a look which events will be taking place during your stay, so that we can allocate you in accordance to your wishes. http://www.stockholm.se/-/Kalendarium/?amnen=Aktiviteter-i-Kungstradgarden&allaamnen=False

Check-in and check-out: Our guaranteed check-in time is at 15:00, with possibility of earlier access to your room depending on availability. Check-out time is at 11:00, with possibility of late check-out depending on availability (extra charges may apply).

Reception: Our front desk is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Luggage: We offer a storage room. You are welcome to deposit your luggage with us if you arrive prior to the check-in time, or if you want to leave your luggage after you check-out. This service is complimentary.

Breakfast: Breakfast is included in your rate.

Smoking: We are a non-smoking hotel

Cash: Our restaurant, Brasserie Makalös, as many other places in Stockholm, is cash free.

Pets: We currently do not allow pets.

Safety Box: You will find a safe in every room.

Disability–Special Needs: Please contact our reservation department to pre-book our designated room.

Room sizes – storage space: A few of our rooms are rather on the smaller size and have limited storage space. Room sizes can be found in the “Rooms” link in the main menu. Please contact our reservation/reception departments for additional information or questions.

Parking: The hotel does not provide parking nor valet service. We recommend the Gallerian garage, with entry on Regeringsgatan, approximately 120 meters from the hotel. For opening hours and prices: http://gallerian.se/hitta-parkera/

Taxi and airport transfers: We currently do not provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. For private transfers, please contact our concierge and they will be happy to assist you. CCTV
We have camera surveillance of some places where many people pass, such as reception, entrances and stairwells. The purpose of the camera surveillance is to prevent and investigate crimes and limit the effects of possible accidents. The cameras are available to provide increased security and security for guests, staff and business and are used only for these purposes. We have found that the interest in preventing and investigating criminal offenses is heavier than the interests of individuals for the protection of personal integrity (Data Protection Regulation Article 6 (1) (f)). The material from the camera surveillance is subject to confidentiality and is handed out only to the Police for investigation of crimes. The camera equipment and materials are protected by strong physical and technical protection and only a few people have access to the material. According to the principle of storage minimization, the material is deleted after 30 days.
